Hi guys, its Kristina here. Glad you’ve all decided to give me and my blog a tryout. Whew! What a relief!
This is smoothie by nature, the world’s coolest smoothie blog ever. That’s my aim for this blog. To get you to have as much fun as possible while learning about the diverse world of smoothies. The blog project is specifically aimed at all those contemporary guys and girls out there who have decided to make new beginnings in their lives. This heady set of smoothie content is for guys and girls of all ages, even kids as young as twelve years of age.
Go to your favorite internet server any time of the day, morning, noon or night, and you’re going to find hundreds of pages of info on smoothies. You’re going to learn how to make them. You’re going to learn how to enjoy them. There’s some qualified experts out there who are weighing up the pros and cons of the nutritional and health benefits of taking in a smoothie a day. They take a cautious approach. I can’t blame them.
I read some of their posts in my own time and what I gathered was that it all adds up. But most of the websites are contemporary and user friendly in the sense that it’s always so positive and, like the smoothies themselves, it’s all so very colorful. Some of the recipes really make your mouth water, I tell you. But my website aims to take a different, original angle on smoothies. The main thing is this; it’s been put together by blending in my own point of view on smoothies.
But you don’t have to take my word for it. It’s entirely up to you. My aim is to inspire you. Because if you’ve never had a smoothie in your life, you better get cracking. If you’re too weak to get down to the grocer store, collect those ingredients that I’ve inspired you towards, and get into your kitchen with your brand new smoothie blender – they’re not expensive, really, I promise you – and start chopping and slicing and, let’s just say, smoothing things out, you can also nip down to your nearby mall and try out one of the smoothies at any one of the health food stores that have them.
Heck, if you didn’t know this by now, smoothies are that popular. Even your regular takeout joints are making them. Yes, there will be chocolate and other sweet ingredients added to these, but that’s fine as far as I’m concerned. Just as long as you give them burgers and fries a miss. And ditch those sodas too. Go for a smoothie. It’s better.
Kids, you guys can read, right. Well, most of you can. And if there’s pals living next door to you who’re struggling to read and write, right now, why don’t you head off next door and help them out awhile. That’s what life’s about anyhow. Helping out. You could say this smoothie blog is also making a small contribution to that claim. This is mainly on the side of useful info and loads of humorous inspiration to taunt and tempt all new beginners and just plain lazy and dumb folks to get off of their asses and start making smoothies.
The helpful incidents that are gonna be taking place throughout this blog are mainly going to highlight the health benefits of making smoothies. In my very first awesome blog post, my first ever – hope you all liked it, by the way – I mentioned that the health-oriented smoothie is the perfect breakfast antidote. It’s also a really cool way to start the day when you’re really in a hurry to get going to work or school. Like I said earlier, it’s time to get real.
Let’s take a slightly more serious tone with regards to the wonderful world of smoothies. This post, guys, has been a continuation of my intro post. But now it becomes a lot more information-based. It’s anecdotal, really. But hopefully, I’ll not be losing my ability to make you all smile from time to time. Right. You know what, I’m a confused guy. That’s just in the general sense. But until just a few years ago, there was indeed one hell of a lot of confusion about smoothies.
Just call it up on the net. And you’ll soon clear up the confusion. There are distinct differences between detox juices and smoothies. Depending how you put your smoothie together, detox juices and smoothies do have one thing in common. They’re extremely healthy. My next post is going to dive straight into this health theme. It’s what they call a green smoothie. At the same time, let’s not forget the big issue of taste.
No point in downing a smoothie if it’s going to taste like medicine, right. Yuck! So, there’s also going to be a little focus on enhancing the taste of your smoothies. This, like making the smoothie itself, is pretty easy to do. And it’s inspirational too. After delving into the green issue, you should start having a little more fun in the sun and kitchen. Because then we’re going to be talking about strawberry and mango smoothies.
And loads of other stuff, even kids stuff. Hope you’ll enjoy it.
