My last post on veggie smoothies for veggie guys and girls may have ended a little sourly. This post seems to have begun with a slightly insulting tone. Before I ask your forgiveness, let me explain why I’ve chosen such a bold and, dare I say, bright heading for my post on a weight loss smoothie recipe for folks who are overweight and are looking for new dietary ways to lose the kilos (or pounds). Just remember that I’ve been there and done that. I’ve tried quite a few fads and, unless you’ve tried them yourselves, you’ll know that they don’t really work, do they.
Getting rid of the illusions before getting rid of the fat
Most of these fads all painted pretty pictures in your mind. You reached out for a new product of dietary weight loss pills and before you even began to read the tiny type which was going to explain how you were going to lose weight fast, you had already seen the pretty picture of the gorgeous bikini-clad babe and hunky muscular dude on the product’s packaging label. Your heart began to race and the weight loss dream was sold to you.
A healthy weight loss smoothie recipe that you can use
Now here’s a green smoothie recipe for success that you can take to heart in more ways than one. Why do we call it a green recipe? Can anyone remember? Well, let me refresh your memory for you. Whether its fruits or vegetables, or both, that you’re jamming into your blender, they are all natural. To qualify as being entirely green, the recipe is made up entirely from organic ingredients. This means that your fruit and vegetables are free of pesticides and harmful fertilizing chemicals, among other industrial use and preserving ingredients.
The famous ingredients
I have to say that listing the ingredients for you guys is one of my favorite chores in this smoothie blog writing enterprise of mine. Not all of the recipe ideas are entirely my own doing. By now, you may have worked out that I’ve gleaned the work from a number of creative and inventive nutritional experts and experienced smoothie hands.
But because this is the essence of smoothie making, to my mind anyway, I’ve been able to improvise by adding many of my own healthy favorites. I’ve been able to improvise successfully and tastefully because I’ve really been quite inspired to do well here. Not only do I want to create a wellness plan that works well for me, I also want to inspire other heavy dudes and girls to change their lives around through taking effective steps to help them lose weight healthily.
Ingredients to avoid
Because we, yes, I include myself in this frame, guilty as charged, are still prone to be tempted towards, let’s just say, the sweeter things in life, there are a number of harmful ingredients to avoid at this stage of trying to lose weight drastically. Apart from us still enjoying the sweet taste, it seems that we are still stuck on the idea of convenience. It’s a lot quicker to grab a processed version of whatever we’re thinking of putting into our blender. Take a can of syrupy peaches, for instance. Instead of taking time and trouble peeling and pitting the peaches, it seems far easier to just grab a so-called can of the best. Also, it’s already sweetened by the gallon. So, again, there appears to be no need to take time and trouble to source and prepare the natural sweeteners that pose no threat to your health or weight loss regime.
A few more weight loss smoothie ingredient ideas
By now you’ll know that I’m in awe of everything that’s associated with the precious avocado smoothie recipe. But you know what, well, you should know this by now, there are dozens of recipe and ingredient ideas you can play around with. But by way of trying to lose weight aggressively, that may be a bit challenging because you’ll need to be using natural ingredients that all act as natural stimulants to help you to lose weight quickly and healthily.
So, to this end, I’m going to gift you with a few more ideas that I picked up along the way of putting together this grand post on trying to lose weight healthily via weight loss smoothies. Avocado pears, by the way are still great for keeping those pounds off.
The plan to lose weight
Yes, it’s time to take to heart your next batch of fruit and vegetable smoothie recipe ideas because they are destined to work well for you alongside your own unique and soon to be famous plan to lose weight. But remember this. You are not going to lose weight and then stay healthy solely just by drinking smoothies all day. There’s other things you need to do too. You need to put together a healthy eating plan as well.
Not only that, you need to get off of your butts and start exercising. And not only that, you need to start thinking seriously about making your life as physically active as possible. If you do none of these things, smoothie drinking on its own won’t be sufficient. Yes, you’ll lose weight. But will you really be truly healthy? And will you be happy? No, I thought not.
Guys, my lecture tour is over. This is such an important subject. So, here’s what I’m going to do. I’m going to extend this chat right into my next post with the practicalities. Apart from the post’s main heading, the same titles used here, or at least some of them, will be applied to the next post. That way you can correlate everything that’s said next with the motivations that I’ve given here. I hope this is all starting to sink in for you and I hope I’m doing a good job motivating you.
